With a market share of around 31% in its segment, the Swift continues to be a top choice among Indian buyers. The hatchback also contributes nearly 10% of Maruti Suzuki’s total sales in the country.

- Power: 81 bhp, Torque: 112 Nm
- Transmission: 5-speed manual or AMT
- CNG Variant
- Power: 69 bhp, Torque: 102 Nm
- Available only with 5-speed manual
This engine replaces the older 1.2L 4-cylinder K-Series unit and improves efficiency.
